One word frees us from all the weight and pain in life, and that word is Love.

Quote by Socrates. If one thinks about it, love truly is the answer to everything and anything. Knowing this information will lead one to eternal happiness. How so? For example, what is the key to weight loss? Love of deliciously yummie healthy foods. What is the key towards building better relationships with friends and family? Love; love them for who they are and be grateful for them being a part of your life. Why are you alive? Because of love. Your mother loved and cared about you enough to wean you into this world.

Love and Gratitude are the answers to everything in life, and once one truly understands the meaning of this love, life will be all too simple and simply magical.
